About These Terms

By using this website or placing an order, request or booking with Evotech Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Website Use

This website provides business information, product listings, quotations and ways to contact us. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access areas you are not authorised to use, or copy our content for commercial use without permission. We may change or remove content at any time.

Products, Prices and Availability

We work to keep product details, photos and prices accurate, but errors can occur. Photos are for illustration, and some items show "Photo coming soon". Prices are in Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$) unless stated, and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order, and an item listed on the website may be out of stock or available only to order. If a price or description is wrong, we may correct it and offer you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Quotations

A quotation is an estimate of price for the items and services listed on it. Unless it says otherwise, a quotation is valid for 15 days from its date. It is not a sale or a reservation of stock, and a sale is made only when we confirm your order and you pay or agree credit terms. After the validity period, prices and availability may change.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Payment is due as stated on your quotation, invoice or receipt, and we may ask for a deposit on special orders and custom work. Where we agree to supply on credit, the amount and due date shown on your invoice apply, and we may suspend further credit if payments are late. Ownership of goods stays with us until they are paid for in full.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery or collection arrangements, charges and timeframes are agreed when you order. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by suppliers, shipping and customs. Please check goods on collection or delivery and tell us promptly about any visible damage or missing items.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with something you bought. Faulty goods are handled under the manufacturer's or our stated warranty, which does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, liquid, power surges, unauthorised repair or normal wear. Goods that are not faulty may be returned only if we agree beforehand, and they must be unused, complete and in original packaging. Special-order, custom and software items, opened consumables and services already performed are generally not returnable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Repair Services

Submitting a repair request does not guarantee that a device can be repaired. Diagnostics, cost estimates and timelines will be confirmed with you before work begins, and a diagnostic fee may apply. Please back up your data before handing in a device. We take reasonable care, but repairs can carry a risk of data loss, and we are not responsible for data on devices. Devices not collected within 90 days of being notified that they are ready may be disposed of or sold to cover outstanding charges, after we have made reasonable efforts to contact you. Repairs carry the warranty period stated on your repair receipt.

Websites, Systems and Custom Applications

Scope, price, timelines and ownership of websites, systems and custom applications are set out in a written quotation or agreement for each project. Where there is no written agreement, the work is limited to what is described in the accepted quotation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evotech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This website may link to other sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Grenada.
